Greetings Magnify Missions Participants, 

I wanted to cover a few items in regards to travel. We're continuing to make preparations for our time in January, and we're excited to gather together near beautiful Canyon Lake in Texas!

 Travel Arrangements:

• We are staying at the following property: Villa at Canyon Lake. Rooms will be assigned upon arrival.

• Your best option is to fly into San Antonio International Airport (SAT), which is 40 minutes from Canyon Lake. You can also fly into Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) , which is about 1 hour and 15 minutes from Canyon Lake.

• You're booking a flight for arrival on Sunday, January 12th and leaving Friday, January 17th.

• We'll be having a group dinner together at the house Sunday, January 12th starting at 6:00 PM, so please book a flight that enables you to be a part of that group dinner. 

• You are responsible for getting yourself to and from the airport. We recommend booking a rental car.

Expenses:

• Please use this Expense Form to track all of your meal expenses. You'll be submitting this form along with digital copies of all of your receipts. 

• Reimbursement will take place after the Expense Form, receipts, and the Participant Reflection are all submitted.

  • Expense Forms and Receipts should be emailed to finance@magnifylearningin.org.

• We will have the option for you to either receive a check or have an immediate transfer via Zelle. Let us know if neither of these options will work for you.
