-Jeff E. | Stand for Truth
"[My biggest takeaway was] being challenged in my mindset, specifically regarding what it means to be fully funded, maximizing revenue opportunities, and asking what God wants us to do before defining our course by finances."
-Abigail A. | Abigail Alleman, LLC
"It [a Strategic Plan] will help me more clearly define where I want to go with the business. It will give me accountability and continued questions to ask, as I hone the plan. It will keep me centered on all areas of life working together not against one another.”

Creating an Identity Overview
Example & Template
Our work, just like your work, starts with our “why”. In order to build an effective nonprofit, ministry, or business, you need a clear “why”. It’s easy to get lost in the details and logistics or to get distracted by the next best idea. Clearly defining your identity-your goals, values, who you serve, what you do, and where you’re going is the first step towards building sustainability and doing work that will last.
